 ABSTRACT


An efficient appropiation and management of ICTs, to the light of the new vision on learning processes, requires an integrated approach which contribute to the orientation of educational policies, institutional organization, material resources and involved actors. This is the framework of concerns which justify the present study, where ideas are discussed and proposals are made in relation with the management of ICTs in education, with special reference to the problems related with their integration in the pedagogical model and their implications in teacher education.
